Pick Financial Jobs had been in development since December 2007 for a number of strategic reasons, the 'job board' market has changed a great deal in the past 2 to 3 years and we feel that clients and candidates should be given a far better experience and more cost effective marketing tool.
The team behind Pick Financial Jobs have all come together from different backgrounds, Marketing, Job boards, Recruitment, HR and Industry professionals giving us all a great deal of experience and understanding of what is needed and what works in the competitive and crowded marketplace.
Our aim is to create a network of successful industry specific Job Boards, initially focusing on Financial, Marketing and Leisure sectors. These will be kept simple to use for both the candidates and the clients. We are integrated with Conkers so using our site couldn't be easier.
We aim to keep our rates as low as possible for our clients, because we're not owned by large organisation or publishing firm we don't need to charge inflated rates and 50% of the revenue we generate each month will go back into marketing and site development (industry average for job board investment of 8-10%).
As a result of this in12 months we aim to be delivering clients a better ROI than the current market leaders and we will continue to grow month on month as we increase our marketing both on and offline media.
Clients that help us reach our goal will continue to receive "special rates" in the future, so we look forward to hearing from you as we establish ourselves within the market and build a realistic and cost effective return for our customers.
As a result of our market growth, we also aim to challenge the large Job boards that are monopolising the market and unjustifiably increasing their rates!
